Send an email, fill out the web-form or call, it is your choice. Many areas we service have poor phone reception. Most fox removal or deer control strategies require us to remain quiet and may not be able to answer your call immediately. Whatever method you choose, we will respond as soon as possible.
Let us know about the problem. For example, a problematic fox getting into the chicken coop, feral deer overgrazing or destroying trees and/or fences, rabbits digging holes in the horse paddock, messy pigeons or any other feral animal issue.
The Central Coast covers a broad range of property types, so please provide the property address or lot numbers for larger properties, land size so an online assessment can be conducted.
We do a full risk assessment and compliance check before every contract. We use your information to check property zoning, boundaries, and other legal requirements related to us working on your property. We also conduct a remote check for geographical hazards or areas of interest for fox, deer, rabbit, bird or other feral animal control.
Once we have completed this stage of the assessment we will contact you to arrange an on-site inspection.
Upon meeting at your property, we get to know each other before asking for a tour of the impacted areas. We conduct another risk assessment and confirm boundaries, observe topography, structures and note the location and type of livestock and domesticated animals/pets. Your knowledge is important to help understand the pest animal movements and behaviour. We then conduct our own examinations of those areas to form a strategy.
Once the risk assessment is complete, we will guide you through our recommended strategies before agreeing on a solution that meets your needs in full.
Once the site assessment is done, if there is no additional information required, we agree on terms of service and the method and complete a contract to satisfy legal authority to work on the property.
As foxes, deer, rabbits and other invasive pest animals move between properties, it may be beneficial to speak with adjoining neighbours regarding consent to access properties or for permission to operate across boundaries to achieve the best outcome. If this is required, we have the appropriate forms available.
A full list of current qualifications, permits, licenses, contract and public liability insurance are carried by the contractor on site and are available for review.
In accordance with the risk assessment and strategies, we notify the client in advance of the date and time for attendance and again once we are on site. GPS tracking is activated and local police are notified of the work being carried out.
Our experience has shown sometimes the pest species do not present in the designated safe areas, and our best efforts may not lure them into a safe target area. We will not take risks when it comes to safety or euthanasia, so if no safe shot is available, no shot is taken.
If the target species do not present during the expected active period, we do not wait around and hope, we promptly terminate the shift and arrange another time to return.
When a target animal being euthanised, the carcass is disposed in accordance with the contract and associated reports are complete. The following day, a report containing detailed contractor activity, sightings, a shot fired map and start/finish times are completed and emailed to the client.
Each post activity report is thorough and transparent and include the time spent on site. At the conclusion of the contract, an invoice will be emailed to the client.
